Asked Qs

  • 100%. Our classes and workshops are mean’t for all levels. Let the instructor know when you arrive!

  • Please modify your reservations no later than four hours before the start of class. You will be charged $10 for late cancellations and no-shows. For workshops, you can cancel up to 24 hours before. There are no refunds given once we reach 24 hours before. Life happens, we get it. Please reach out to us if your situation is urgent.

  • Please arrive on time! Our doors close and lock three minutes after class time for safety reasons and to honor those in class. Not being able to find parking doesn’t count (sorry), please give yourself time, especially in Old City!

  • Nope, all classes at the studio are mat-based. We often use balls and resistance bands for Pilates.

  • In Flow Studio (the original at 1811 Frankford) is not heated. In Flow Heat, our pop up space up the street (at 2021 Frankford) is heated between 85-88ºF.

  • Please bring a yoga mat! We have some mats available to rent for $5 if you forget.

  • Yes, your 10 pack expires 6 months after purchase date. We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, classes cannot be transferred or shared.

  • Nope! We are not on ClassPass. You can only book directly through our website or app (In Flow Studio).

  • Requests to cancel your membership must be sent to admin@inflowwstudio.com. Note that you must reach out at least 48 hours before your membership renewal date to be eligible.
