She has a bachelor's degree in holistic psychology, MBSR, and Reiki 1. Off the mat, you can find her taking walks, painting, demolishing a bag of kettle corn, and listening to live music.

    Alyssia is a holistic physical therapist and yoga teacher based in Philadelphia. Alongside client work, she teaches anatomy and kinesiology at yoga teacher trainings and Drexel University. She is a dancer and cat lover who enjoys being outside, listening to music, and is always up for a hug.

    In Cali’s mat Pilates class, you can expect a full body flow of movements that focus in mobility, strength and mind-body connection. Outside of class, she is likely reading, listeing to Taylor Swift ,or grabbing a coffee and taking a long walk outside!

    Trained in Kripalu yoga with a focus on breath, movement, and meditation, Diane guides her students through transformative practices that nurture both body and mind. Beyond the mat, Diane loves to run, climb, and immerse herself in the joyful chaos of raising four kids and a puppy. She also shares Reiki and Thai massage at the studio.

    Kiki’s approach is based in the classical format with barre, yoga, and calisthenics. Aside from a 15+ career in competitive sports , she is a certified swim coach, is obtaining her IBLCE (lactation support, post-natal doula support). Off the mat, Kiki enjoys weekly beach trips with her son and friends, woodworking, cooking at home, DIY projects, hiking, camping, and surfing!

    Sara is a Certified Kundalini Instructor with a specific training focus on kriya yoga, breathwork, and mantra meditation. She spent a year in San Diego where she was exposed to the Kundalini style of yoga with her teacher, Har Dev Singh Khalsa. She's a political organizer and mother of three!

    Born and raised in Philly, you can expect to drop in and move during Victoria’s yoga classes, with optional challenges. When she’s not practicing or coaching swimming, she loves to cook, bake, and travel! Her life goal is to visit every country.
